On December 12, 2016 William G. Ruley, Sr. former president of DECA Electric Company and WWII Veteran passed away; son of the late Sherwood and Helen Ruley (nee Lutski); beloved husband of the late Elva Ruley; devoted father of Deborah Hirlinger (Don) and the late William G. Ruley, Jr.; cherished grandfather of Donny Hirlinger; longtime companion of Edna Freund. Also, survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A funeral service will be held at the family owned Leonard J. Ruck, Inc. Funeral Home 5305 Harford Road (at Echodale) on Saturday at 10 AM. Friends may call on Thursday and Friday 3-5 & 7-9 PM. Interment Parkwood Cemetery.
