On July 4, 2016, Melvin H. Reuter, of Parkville; beloved husband of Ruth M. Reuter nee Quinn; devoted father of Michael Reuter and wife Carrie, Timothy Reuter and wife Cynthia, Pamela Brown and husband Reid, Kimberly Brewer and husband Todd, and the late Deborah Shelley and John Shelley; also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Family and friends will honor Melvin's life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services - Parkville, 8800 Harford Rd. on Wednesday, July 6 from 3-5 & 7-9 PM with a funeral service 11 AM Thursday. Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
