James E. Calvin, Sr. passed away at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center on Thursday, March 10, 2016. He was the beloved husband of Anne L. Calvin for 43 years; loving father of Christine Dunivant of Laredo, TX, Jerome Pearce of Bel Air, MD, David Pearce and wife Carole of Valrico, FL, Steven Pearce and wife Angie of Forest Hill, MD, Teresa Reyes and husband Rick of Laredo, TX and James Calvin, Jr. and wife Kim of Myrtle Beach, SC and loving brother of Fred Anderson. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Mr. Calvin was predeceased by his parents Skip and Jackie Anderson and his daughter Robin Pruitt.

He served in the U.S. Army from 1954-1957. He was a member of Local 24 IBEW.
