awrence Kinnard, 79, died July 16, 2013, at VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach. He was born in Mason County, W.Va., and lived in Sebastian. He was an Air Force veteran. He was a retired electrician and a member of IBEW local 24. He was a member of Shiloh Ranch. Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Sallie Kinnard of Sebastian; daughter, JoAnn Hopkins of Sebastian; brothers, John Kinniard of Selbyville, Del., Marvin Kinniard of Glen Burnie, Md., James Kinniard of Ocean Pines, M.; and sisters, June Kinniard of Baltimore and Irma Zochok of Brooklyn, Md. Memorial contributions may be made to Shiloh Ranch, 10655 Roseland Road, Sebastian, FL 32958; or Frederick Rescue Mission, 419 W. South St., Frederick, MD 21701.
