Robert Thomas Slagle, 50, of Sykesville, died Monday, May 10, 2010. Born Dec. 29, 1959, in Washington, D.C., he was the son of Robert Charles Slagle and the late Mary Lillian Slagle. He was the husband of Nancy E. Starlnecker Slagle. He was an electrician with IBEW. He enjoyed spending time with family, outdoor activities and helping others. Surviving, in addition to his father and wife, are sons Thomas M., John R., and Matthew G. Slagle. The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home and Crematory, 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Winfield.
