Joseph Herbert Yingling, 79, of Westminster, died Wednesday,Jan. 10, 2001, at the Westminster Nursing and Convalescent Center. Born April 1, 1921, in Carroll County, he was the son of the late Herbert and Lillian Haines Yingling and was the husband of Mabel L. Yingling, his wife of 60years. He was a veteran of the United States Army, having served from 1943 to 1945. He retired from the Maryland Eiectrical Company as an electrician.He was a member of theSandymount United MethodistChurch and belonged to Catonsville Masonic Lodge 189. He enjoyed fishing and playing guitar at the local senior center. Surviving in addition to his wife, are son Brian D. Yingling of Westminster; daughter Delores Yingling of Howard County; and three grandchildren.He was predeceased by brother Norman Yingling
