Judy Ann Kilpatrick (nee Sunday); loving and devoted father of Jessica Ann and Clifton, Jr. (C.J.); dear son of Naomi Ruth Kilpatrick (nee Keylon) and the late Alvin Kilpatrick; loving brother of Ken Kilpatrick, Kay Burge and Don Kilpatrick. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and extended family.

Family will receive friends at 2 pm on Saturday, November 22, at Milford Mill United Methodist Church, 915 Milford Mill Road, Pikesville, MD 21208. A memorial service will follow at 3 pm . In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be sent to Judy Kilpatrick at: P.O. Box 32059, Pikesville, MD 21282. Donations will be used toward their children's education.
